Insulation of windings is very important in motor and transformer production. The resin or varnish impregnated between the windings for insulation must be completely impregnated. It is undesirable to have air, moisture and other materials between the coil windings. For this aim the resin/varnish is pressed into the windings either under vacuum or under vacuum and pressure in autoclaves at certain temperatures and times. The process is done by adjusting all the necessary parameters according to the resin/varnish MSDS. For this, a lot of practice work is done to set all the parameters during the commissioning the plant after the installation. As a result, the parameter setting in which the system will operate in the most efficient way are made and presented to the use of the customer. This process is also used to train the technicians by getting them involved, who will use the system.
